It took quite some time for me to convince him that it was a "feature". Use the “contact us” form on the Omega site. They will send you a travel case for the watch and pre-paid label to the nearest servicing facility. Most likely the threading on the screw/tube has worn away, which probably means it’s about time for a service anyway.
